Price before you pay
You see the price, and what it includes, before you pay. You pay after you book, by UPI or bank.
Approved drivers
Our team approves every driver before they can get a job.
Delivery code
You get a 4-digit code. The driver cannot finish the job without it, so goods are handed over only to you.
Clear refunds
Cancel free until a driver accepts. After that you get 100% back if pickup is more than 24 hours away, and 80% back if it is sooner.
Change the time
Move your pickup time up to two times, until 2 hours before pickup.

Every booking has a tracking link. Our support team is on the phone if you need us.

Can I add a drop after booking?
Extra drops that are not on your list are not included. Add every drop before you book so the price is right.
How many drops can I add?
The app lets you add up to 25 drops in one booking.
Who is the delivery code for?
You, the booking customer. It confirms the job is done, so keep it until the run is finished.
