This site itself collects nothing: it has no forms, no accounts and no tracking scripts. The information below is collected when you use the MAKEITEZ booking app.
What the app collects
- Customers: name, email, mobile number, pickup and drop addresses and contact details you enter for the people there, notes about your goods, and your booking history.
- Drivers: name, email, mobile number, vehicle details, base location, and the phone’s location while a job is open or when the driver shares it.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We store the payment status and reference, not your card or UPI details.
Why we use it
- To price, book, match and complete your job.
- To tell you and the driver what you need to know, by email and, for drivers who agree, WhatsApp.
- To keep the service safe and fix problems.
Who sees it
The driver on your job sees the pickup, drop and contact numbers only after accepting it. Offers sent to drivers before they accept do not show phone numbers. We do not sell your information.
