Booking
How do I book?
Press Book now. In the app, add what you are moving, set pickup and drop on the map, pick a time, check the price, and pay by UPI or bank.
How long until a driver accepts?
It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes to match a driver. Jobs that start within 2 hours go to several drivers at once, and the first to accept gets it.
Can I change the pickup time?
Yes, up to two times, until 2 hours before pickup. If a driver has already accepted, the new time must suit that driver.
Where do you work?
We are adding cities all the time. Enter your pickup in the app to check. If we are not there yet, call us and tell us where you need us.
Price and refunds
Do I see the price before I pay?
Yes. The app shows your price and what it includes and does not include before you pay. You pay after you book, by UPI or bank.
What is not included in the price?
Packing materials and furniture dismantling are extras you can add. Items or drops that are not on your list are not included, so add everything before you book.
What if I cancel?
Cancel free of charge until a driver accepts. After that, you get 100% back if pickup is more than 24 hours away, and 80% back if it is sooner.
Safety
How do I know the driver is the right person?
Our team approves every driver before they get jobs. You also get a 4-digit delivery code. The driver cannot finish the job without it.
Can I follow my booking?
Yes. Every booking has a tracking link. You can also call our support number.
For drivers
I own a vehicle. Can I drive with MAKEITEZ?
Yes. Sign up in the app as a driver. After our team approves you, jobs reach you by email. You keep 90% of the job price.
