Our promise, in plain words.
These are things the app does for every booking.
Price before you pay
You see the price, and what it includes, before you pay. You pay after you book, by UPI or bank.
Approved drivers
Our team approves every driver before they can get a job.
Delivery code
You get a 4-digit code. The driver cannot finish the job without it, so goods are handed over only to you.
Clear refunds
Cancel free until a driver accepts. After that you get 100% back if pickup is more than 24 hours away, and 80% back if it is sooner.
Change the time
Move your pickup time up to two times, until 2 hours before pickup.
Tracking and support
Every booking has a tracking link. Our support team is on the phone if you need us.
What we do not promise
We do not claim that goods are insured, and we do not promise a fixed arrival time. Matching a driver usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. If something goes wrong, call us on +91 83282 63249 and we will work it out with you.
How the delivery code works
After you book, the app shows a 4-digit code. Give it to the driver only when your goods have been delivered. The driver cannot mark the job complete without it.
How drivers are approved
Drivers sign up with their vehicle details, and our team approves them before they can receive any job.

- Packing and packing materials, unless you add them as an extra
- Taking apart and re-assembling furniture, unless you add it as an extra
- Items that are not on your list. Add them before you book so the price is right
