What MAKEITEZ is
MAKEITEZ connects customers who need goods moved with approved drivers. You book through our app, and a driver accepts the job.
Booking and price
- The app shows the price and what it includes and does not include before you pay.
- The price is based on what you add to your booking. Items, drops or extras that are not on your list are not included.
- You pay after you book, by UPI or bank, to confirm the booking.
Delivery code
You get a 4-digit code for each booking. Share it only when your goods have been delivered. A job is complete when the driver enters it.
Cancelling and changing
See the refund and cancellation policy. You can change the pickup time up to two times, until 2 hours before pickup.
What you agree to
- Give correct addresses, contact numbers and details of your goods.
- Do not send anything illegal or dangerous.
- Be available at pickup and drop, or have someone there.
Loss or damage
Our policy on loss or damage is being finalised. Please call us before booking if you are moving high-value or fragile goods.
Drivers
Drivers are independent. Our team approves them before they can accept jobs. Drivers receive 90% of the job price.
